Adorable vintage mid-century figural turtle pin.  Piece contains a large blue art glass oval cabochon rhinestone. 

Pin measures 1-3/4 inches tall x 1-1/4 inches wide.  Signed 11 W 30 St Inc. (this later became Dodds) and manufactured during the late 1950s.
