Vintage 1950s designer costume jewelery. Adorable mid-century figural turtle pin. Piece contains a large oval blue art glass cabochon rhinestone. Pin measures 1-3/4 inches tall x 1-1/4 inches wide. Signed 11 W 30 St Inc. (this later became Dodds) and manufactured during the late 1950s. Pin has distinctive design work with high-end quality. In mint condition with nothing chipped, missing, or damaged. There is no wear to the setting. Cute piece of jewelry with a rare manufacturing mark which would thrill any woman.
