1930s Policini Vintage Jewelry Rare Art Deco Sapphire Diamante Duette

1930s vintage designer costume jewelry.  Stunning rare Art Deco clear and sapphire diamante duette.  Piece contains sparkling clear and dark sapphire blue rhinestones in silver tone, rhodium plated, settings. Duette measures 1-1/2 inches tall x 2-1/2 inches wide and can be worn as a pin.  When removed from the frame pieces convert to dress clips measuring 1-1/4 inches tall x 1-1/4 inches wide.  Unsigned with patent number 2044225 issued to Ralph Policini of the Leading Jewelry Company in 1936 (renamed Policini in 1960). Duette has masterful design work with high-end quality. In impeccable condition with no chipped, missing, or damaged stones.  There is no wear to the settings.
