Magnificent vintage mid century tiger shoulder pin. Piece contains sparkling clear and green rhinestones in a gold tone and black enamel setting.
Tiger has a reticulated body, which is fully movable so that it can be worn flat or draped over the shoulder. Similar to one worn by the Duchess of Windsor, Wallis Simpson. Pin measures 7-1/2 inches (from the tip of the nose to the tip of the tail) x 1-1/4 inches wide at the head and paws and has two pin fastenings. Unsigned and manufactured during the late 1950s.
Pin has masterful and dramatic design work with high caliber quality. In flawless condition with no chipped, missing, or damaged stones. There is no wear to the setting or enamel. Unique pin, which would be a wonderful addition to any wardrobe. Gorgeous birthday, anniversary, or special occasion gift selection.
